Terms and conditions
1. Entry instructions and information on the prize offered form part of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents over the age of 21 currently residing in New Zealand only. Entrants must also have a full driver’s license.
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters or its affiliated dealerships, participating outlets, companies, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.
4. To participate in the draw to win a CUPRA experience you must visit the CUPRA display at the Marketing Association Digital Day Out and enter your details via the entry form on the tablet.
5. There is one prize to give away to one winner. The prize is the use of a CUPRA vehicle for three days.
6. Limit of one entry per person.
7. The prize valid for 6 months from the date of issue, it is not transferable, is subject to availability, nor can it be redeemed for cash. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the prize.
8. A full tank of fuel is included. Any road tolls, fines or damage to the vehicle are payable by the winner.
9. The promotion commences Wednesday 2nd November at 8am and finishes on Wednesday 2nd November at at 6pm.
10. The winner will be notified within seven days following the prize draw via confirmation email.
11. The fulfilment of the prize will be decided upon through joint communication by the winners and the promoter.
12. By entering this prize draw, entrants’ consent to the use of their information as required on the CUPRA competition entry form.
14. Promoter may use this information to advise entrants of any future CUPRA promotions and news.
