CUPRA KEY CLAIM

1.      Entry instructions and information of the prize offered form part of these terms and conditions.

2.      Entry is open to New Zealand residents over the age of 25 and currently residing in New Zealand only.

3.      Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters or its affiliated dealerships, participating outlets, companies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

4.      Prize is not redeemable for cash. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the prize.

5.      There are two prizes to give away to two winners, from entries collated over the period 23 March to 10 April 2026. This prize includes a double pass to the Auckland FC home game at GO Media Stadium on Sunday 19 April at 3pm. In addition, each winner will then have the chance to compete at a half time competition to see if their key opens the CUPRA displayed in ground. They will choose their key at random from a table and then click the “unlock button” to see if theirs is the lucky key. If successful, they will then win the use of a CUPRA vehicle for a weekend, a $800 Hotel Britomart voucher (pending dates this will be enough for two nights worth of accommodation) and $200 Café Hanoi dinner voucher.

6.      Winner must be 25 years of age and hold a full clean and valid New Zealand drivers license.

7.      The promotion runs from 23 March to 10 April 2026, with the at match component scheduled for Sunday 19 April.

8.      The winners will be drawn at random on Friday 10 April 2026, and then notified on the same day following the prize draw via email from a CUPRA representative.

9.      The CUPRA will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and will be available for collection and return at the Promoters address: European Motor Distributors, 1 Nixon Street, Grey Lynn, Auckland.

10. The fulfilment of the prize will be decided through joint communication by the winner and CUPRA New Zealand or their representative. The Date of prize fulfillment is set as 19 April 2026, but the major prize can be redeemed before 30 August 2026, subject to vehicle availability.

11. Road tolls, parking infringements and speeding fines are the full responsibility of the winner.

12. The winner must sign an insurance loan form at the time of pick up. The vehicle excess is set at $5,000.

13. The vehicle must not travel further than 500kms from the pick-up location.

14. The prize must be redeemed in full by 30 August 2026.

15. By entering this prize draw, entrants’ consent to the use of their information as described on the entry form.

16. The Promoter is CUPRA New Zealand of European Motor Distributors Ltd, 1 Nixon Street, Grey Lynn, Auckland, New Zealand.
