If your CUPRA stays at any of our dealers for repairs lasting more than 24 hours, you get a courtesy car until it is ready. You’re also entitled to a courtesy car in the event of an accident, regardless of whether your CUPRA is getting towed.

24/7 roadside assistance

The ultimate peace of mind with around-the-clock roadside assistance, providing you with immediate support in the event of a breakdown, accident, theft or any self-inflicted incidents while travelling. The exclusive phone number for CUPRA customers offers you either direct help on the phone, on the spot repairs or specialised towing services to your nearest CUPRA dealer or the workshop of your choice. Our time promise is 45 minutes from call to attendance.

Additional services

You can rely on us to assist you with any issues relating to your key, lock or tyres. If it’s necessary to move your CUPRA, we’ll arrange for the most convenient towing service. Moreover, if that were to happen while travelling abroad, we’ll cover the costs of your journey home or to your destination, accommodation in a 5-star hotel and vehicle storage if needed, as well as the costs of your journey to pick up your repaired CUPRA from the workshop. We even have a Legal Helpline for any concerns you might have after an accident, as well as a Medical Helpline for when travelling abroad.
