CUPRA CITY ESCAPE

1. Entry instructions and information on the prize offered form part of these terms and conditions.

2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents over the age of 25 and currently residing in New Zealand only.

3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters or it’s affiliated dealerships, participating outlets, companies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

4. Prize is not redeemable for cash. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the prize.

5. There is one prize to give away to one winner, from entries collated in the lead up to and at the AFC match 6 December 2025, at GO Media Stadium. This prize includes the use of a CUPRA from a Friday to following Monday time period, one night’s accommodation at Hotel Britomart, $500 to spend at Commercial Bay, sundowner drink allowance at Somm and dinner at a waterfront restaurant. Vehicle is subject to availability, and the prize must be redeemed by April 30th 2026.

6. Winner must be 25 years of age or older and hold a full, clean and valid New Zealand driver’s license.

7. The promotion runs for up to ten days only, from Saturday 22nd November, to Monday 8th December 2025.

8. The winner will be drawn at random on Monday 8th December 2025, and then notified within seven days following the prize draw via email from a CUPRA representative.

9. The CUPRA will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and will be available for collection and return at the Promoters address: European Motor Distributors, 1 Nixon Street, Grey Lynn, Auckland.

10. The fulfilment of the prize will be decided through joint communication by the winner and CUPRA New Zealand or their representative. The Date of prize fulfillment is subject to availability. Public Holiday weekends and the Christmas or New Year period are not available.

11. Road tolls, parking infringements and speeding fines are the full responsibility of the winner.

12. The winner must sign an insurance loan form at the time of pick up.

13. The vehicle must not travel further than 500kms from the pick-up location.

14. The prize must be redeemed before 30th April 2026.

15. By entering this prize draw, entrants’ consent to the use of their information as described on the entry form.
