WIN WITH CUPRA

1. Entry instructions and information on the prize offered form part of these terms and conditions.

2. Entry is open to New Zealand residents over the age of 25 and currently residing in New Zealand only.

3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoters or its affiliated dealerships, participating outlets, companies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible.

4. Prize is not redeemable for cash. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or sustained (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss or loss arising from negligence) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the prize.

5. There is 1x prize to give away to one winner, that includes 2 Black Knight corporate tickets to an Auckland FC home game of your choice, a CUPRA merch pack and a CUPRA for a weekend. Subject to vehicle availability.

6. Winner must be 25 years of age or older and hold a full and valid New Zealand driver’s license.

7. The promotion commences on Monday 25 August 2025 to Sunday 31 August

8. The winner will be notified within seven days following the prize draw via email from CUPRA New Zealand.

9. The CUPRA will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and will be available for collection and return at the Promoters address: European Motor Distributors, 1 Nixon Street, Grey Lynn, Auckland.

10. The fulfilment of the prize will be decided upon through joint communication by the winner and CUPRA New Zealand. Date of prize fulfilment is subject to availability. Public holiday weekends and the Christmas or New Year period are not available. 

11. Road tolls, parking infringements and speeding fines are the full responsibility of the winner.

12. The winner must sign an insurance loan form at the time of pick up.

13. The vehicle must not travel futher than 500kms from the pick up location.

14. The prize must be redeemed before 31 March 2026.

15. By entering this prize draw, entrants’ consent to the use of their information as described on the entry form.

16. The Promoter is CUPRA New Zealand of European Motor Distributors Ltd, 1 Nixon Street, Grey Lynn, Auckland, New Zealand.
