CUPRA Terramar V 4Drive Utility Pack

1.    The Promoter is Espana Motors Limited trading as CUPRA.

2.    This promotion commences on 1 July 2026 and ends at close of business on 30 September 2026 or while stock lasts (Promotion Period).

3.    If you make an Eligible Purchase (as defined below) of a promotional vehicle listed below (Promotional Vehicle) you will receive free of charge the Utility Pack upgrade worth $4,200 (Offer). 

4.    The Offer of the Utility Pack upgrade is made up of the following:

a)    Thule roof box;

b)    Thule roof racks;

c)    Front and rear mud flaps;

d)    CUPRA rubber boot liner.

5.    An eligible purchase means a purchase of a Promotional Vehicle that satisfies all the following (an Eligible Purchase):

a)    from an Authorised CUPRA dealer in New Zealand during the Promotion Period; and

b)    that is either:

i)      new and landed stock (ie a vehicle that has already arrived in the country and are physically present at the dealership or in a local warehouse ready for delivery) and paid for in full by cash and registered in your name during the Promotion Period; or

ii)     has a confirmed build week with an executed vehicle offer and sale agreement during the Promotion Period.

6.    This Offer does not apply to Promotional Vehicles ordered outside of the Promotion Period, or any fleet, rental, government purchase or the purchase of any demonstration vehicles.

7.    This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount. 

8.    The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Offer, including any matters relating to eligibility, is final.

9.    The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, extend or suspend the Offer or otherwise amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.  Any amended or updated terms will be published on the Promoter’s website.
